Payment Methods
Available payment options are displayed at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards and supported accelerated services. Availability varies by location and provider.
Authorization
Submitting an order authorizes the displayed total, including products, shipping, taxes, and duties shown at checkout. A pending authorization may appear before completion.
Currency and Fees
Your bank may apply conversion, international, or other fees. These are controlled by the provider and are not charged or refunded by Pervinna.
Verification
Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention. We may request information, limit quantities, refuse, or cancel transactions that cannot be verified.
Secure Processing
Payments are processed through third-party providers using their security measures. We do not directly store complete card numbers or security codes. No online system is completely risk-free.
Pricing Errors
We may correct pricing, promotion, or availability errors before fulfillment. For unresolved completed duplicate charges, contact service@pervinna.com while concealing full card details.
