Processing, estimated transit, tracking, address accuracy, inspection, and delivery issues.

Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment. Peak periods may require up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
U.S. Transit
Estimated U.S. transit after dispatch is generally 10–15 business days. This is not a guaranteed arrival date. Remote areas, oversized items, weather, customs, and carrier disruption may take longer.
Charges and Duties
Shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage, or local fees.
Tracking and Split Packages
Tracking is sent when available and may take several business days to update. Multi-item orders may arrive separately.
Address Accuracy
Provide a complete deliverable address. Corrections are not guaranteed after processing, and extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Damage, Missing Items, or Wrong Product
Contact service@pervinna.com within 7 calendar days with the order number and clear photos of the box, shipping label, internal packaging, product, and affected area. Retain all packaging during review.
Plant-Care Product Inspection
Inspect blades, handles, stakes, ties, cords, plugs, timers, glass, fasteners, edges, electrical parts, and included hardware before use.
Delays
We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by late delivery, including missed events, installer appointments, or substitute purchases.
